How to Book

To make an enquiry or booking, you can either email, fill in the form via the link below or call us.

Once you have submitted an enquiry, we will respond by phone or email within 24 hours.

What happens next?

Once we have contacted you and confirmed availability we can provisionally hold your booking enquiry and send you a detailed booking form via email. The provisional booking enquiry will be held for 7 days. The email will contain a link to our detailed online booking form allowing you to give us the required information, and confirm your booking in full.

To confirm your booking please read the terms and conditions before submitting the form. Once complete we will contact you to arrange deposit of £150 per person, this can be paid via bank transfer, cheque, or over the telephone.

The final balance is due eight weeks before arrival.

We will send to you a statement of amounts owed.

Chalet Fiona is 1hour 15minutes from Geneva airport, and transfers to and from the Chalet can be arranged.

Our change over days are on a Sunday, however every measure will be made to accommodate your booking if a Sunday is not convenient.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

It is the responsibility of guests to ensure they are covered by a winter sports travel insurance policy or equivalent prior to arrival at Chalet Fiona.
